Season three, American Idol winner (yes, I forgot too) Fantasia Barrino is back with new music. I have to say, I’ve feeling this song for a while and to finally see the visual treatment it got……I’m a happy chick! Reminds me of the music videos of the late 90’s and early 2000’s, fun time for female entertainers. Anywho, feels like I can start rambling at any moment LOL so here you go…the new single from her new album “Side Effects of You.”

You know those “I remember exactly where I was the first time I heard _____ (insert any music artist) moments”? Well, I’m currently having one of those moments! While watching Saturday Night Live one night, Jessie J was the musical guest. Most of the Twitter world, including myself, didn’t know who this chick in a bodysuit was. Next thing you know, she’s on MTV and the rest is history! Flash forward a couple years, a few haircuts, and a bottle of golden blonde hair dye to now…Jessie J is one of musics’ sweet er slightly rugged voices!

Over the weekend, while many of us where trying to stay cool in this heat wave, Kelly Rowland was out in a boat. By far one of the weirdest celeb stories I’ve read recently. Kelly was on a tour boat, um touring the area of Provincetown, Mass,  when the captain became disoriented. A captain…disoriented…at sea. Nope, that can’t be good at all! Luckily and very thankfully, everyone was pulled to safety by the Coast Guard and were all a-ok! Get details on the incident over on Huffington Post.

I’m so glad Ms. Kelly is ok because I couldn’t go on without hearing her wonderful voice! Here she is with her new single “Dirty Laundry” airing out all types of gossipy stuff we never knew about! Find more music on her new album “Talk A Good Game” out now.

You see that rock of an engagement ring she’s wearing, yes THAT rock, well she temporarily lost it earlier this week. I….would….die! Apparently, the engaged singer forgot to put the ring on before performing over the weekend and couldn’t find them later in the day. Good news is…she found her diamonds! Hey stylish sweets! Since I had some technical difficulties this week aka my power adapter cord for my laptop completely fizzled out while typing! Talk about a disaster! Luckily, I was able to give you guys a taste of the Met Gala via mobile blogging. It’s amazing how technology can fail and create all at the same damn time! Speaking of technology, Curves and Coffee will undergo an overhaul in the coming weeks. Definitely time for a fresh new look so stay tuned and I’ll keep you updated.

Everyone knows I’m a very colorful and visual person so when I got wind that Iggy Azalea was making a new video with India in mind……I couldn’t wait to see the finished product! Bounce really does make you wanna bounce and do traditional Indian dances. This vid has a total Bollywood theme and I love it!
